Keeping in mind the ongoing situation of Covid-19, the deliveries might be delayed.
1. How long does it take for the order to reach me?
It takes about 7 to 10 days to deliver from the date of order confirmation.
If you have placed an order for multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
2. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We try our best to deliver within the estimated delivery times. If the package hasn't reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us on email@example.com along with your Order ID, courier in the name of and tracking ID and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
3. My order has been shipped, can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Delivery takes 7-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
- Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
- The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
- As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message and email with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location
Your orders will only be processed and packed during operation hours. Our dispatch team operates from 11 am to pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
